1. Service Cancellation

• Clients may request cancellation of a service by submitting a written notice via email to info@lightsome.site.

• Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start of a new billing cycle or project milestone.

• Once a service has been initiated, partial cancellations may not be possible due to the time and resources already invested.

2. Refund Policy

• Due to the customized nature of our digital marketing and SEO services, we do not offer refunds once the work has commenced.

• Refunds are not applicable for work already completed, including reports, research, campaigns, or consultations.

• In case of technical errors or payment issues, clients may contact us for resolution, and a refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

3. Non-Delivery of Service

• If a service is not delivered as agreed due to our fault, a full or partial refund may be issued after internal verification.

• Clients must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date to be eligible for a refund review.

4. Chargebacks

• Initiating a chargeback without prior communication is considered a breach of contract.

• We encourage clients to reach out to us first to resolve any issues amicably.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
